General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between SASU Bol d'Air, whose registered office is located at 11 RUE DES GLACIÈRES 67000 STRASBOURG, registered under SIRET number 81035900000017, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any individual or legal entity placing an order via the website VTC TRAVEL, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".
2. Purpose
These GTC are intended to define the terms and conditions of distance selling of tourism and transport services offered by the Seller on the Welcome.Alsace website, from ordering to payment and delivery. They govern all the necessary steps to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
3. Services
The Seller offers tourism transport services in Alsace. The descriptions, itineraries, and prices of the services are indicated on the VTC TRAVEL website. Photographs and illustrations are not contractual.
4. Order
The Customer places an order on the website by following the defined steps. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the services available for sale. Validation of the order by the Customer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
5. Prices
The prices of the services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the services will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. The Customer can pay for their order by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The Seller uses a secure payment system.
7. Service Delivery
Services are provided on the date and time agreed upon when the order is placed. In case of delay or cancellation of the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
8. Warranties and Claims
The Seller undertakes to provide services in accordance with the descriptions indicated on the website. In case of non-conformity or defective service, the Customer must inform the Seller as soon as possible.
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of transport services and/or communications.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the VTC TRAVEL website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site.
11. Personal Data
The Seller undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete personal data concerning them.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Customer and the Seller agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable solution, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Modifications of the GTC
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date the order is placed by the Customer.
